Ok, im doing a custom Turbo set-up for my VR6. Its allready paid for, just waiting for them to ship the parts Evil or Very Mad

Heres what it consist of:

Turbo Set-up

Pagparts Exhaust Manifold HPC coated

GT3540R w/ .68ar T4 vband housing

oil return line kit
oil pan adapter bung
oil return flange kit
coolant line kit

Tial 44mm Gate w adapter

T4 Gasket
8:5:1 HeadGasket Spacer
Raceware Mounting stud kit
680cc injector set

Inline fuel pump kit
FMIC Kit (600hp core)
3" Vband SS DP

Inlet piping set
Tial BOV

Ive probably left something out and cant remember it.

Standalone:
034Motorsports EFI
Drive by cable conversion
plug and play harness
Innovative Wideband Controller

Drivetrain:
Peloquin LSD
Spec Stage 3+

From the info i have, i should make over 500whp easily on stock internals.

I have my standalone at my house, and SUPPOSEDLY my turbo will be shipping next week Very Happy
Cant wait, so who wants to help me tackle this project?

have they made 500whp with the headgasket spacer before?

i am curious if its proven because i was readings some tuners refuse to tune cars that have headgasket spacers because it screws up the quench pads and causes bad detonation areas around the edges of the pistons.

oh yea, i can show you a dyno plot if you would like one. Also, i do have a 6 cylinder, not a 4 so it more easily obtainable.

6 psi=300whp so i can only imagine what 20 is like!
and i know a guy that made 587whp stock internals, stock intake manifold and lower cr head gasket spacer with ARP head bolts.

without the head gasket spacer the most that was made was 400whp+.
If you want me to post plots i can, or you can just wait untill i finish mine wink

well, origianlly i was waiting on this guy to make my piping for me. The piping would have cost over $1000 supposedly, AND he didnt have the engine in the car, so it was going to take a lot longer, so i just told him that id do it myself.

Yesterday my last couple parts came in, so he shipped it all at once, instead of letting them build dust on my desk in my room by shipping it out one part at a time. now i just gotta get my head gasket spacer mad
oh, and custom piping
