ill just turn down the fuel just enough to get the car started

do you have a basemap? you need that to get your car to run, otherwise you have alot of tweaking just to get the thing to start.

my AEM EMS i am sure has everything that has plus some but with a basemap for the car i was able to fire things right up after adjusting for the injector size.

if you haev a basemap for stock jetta injectors most stand alone programs have a way to automatically compensate for an injector change. otherwise just compute it in your head and reduce all your fuel trims across the board.

Well does it have neck snapping power like you predicted? 500whp or something like that.

yes, it HAD neck snapping power...more like raw power, it was absolutly ridiculous, and you wouldnt believe me unless you rode in it.

but now i have a fried STOCK clutch, and a leak somewhere in the tranny or motor where the engine and the tranny mate together...

Im going to get a clutch soon as i get money, and have someone install it. I dont trust myself with trannies, much less replacing seals and shit on the tranny

Curtis, i might also need to replace my rear main oil seal...

Seems that the pressure in my crankcase when under boost was so great that the only way it could escape was through the rear main seal. So now i must replace that, and hook up some sort of crankcase ventilation system.

The clutch might not actually be fried, it might just be soaked in oil from the bad oil seal...

How much do you think foreign and classic would charge to change out that seal?

Unless im thinking wrong here, but how in the world is your crankcase being pressurized? If im thinking right and your are indeed pressurizing your crankcase then you my friend have a pretty serious problem on your hands.

what? how did the pressure in your crankcase build up that much? on any boosted car you essentially dont have a PCV system when you are in boost. but if you hook it up the inlet to the intake under boost it will reverse flow and the crankcase should vent pressure into the intake and be fine.

We didnt vent it into the turbo, we just vented it to atmosphere and apparantly it wasnt enough. We are going to put a 4" intake pipe on the compressor side with a 5/8" open nipple on it to build a crankcase ventilation system.

Then im getting my rear main oil seal replaced, and my clutch replaced

Is it going to live up to the hype?
